General Provisions

These terms and conditions are a legal agreement that applies to the use of the jeta 9 platform and all its services. By creating an account on jeta 9 or accessing the platform, the user is considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

Account Verification

jeta 9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of the National ID (NID) or passport.
• A copy of a recent utility bill (for address verification).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.
• Proof of date of birth when claiming a birthday gift.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. jeta 9 reserves the right to close an account if verification fails or false documents are provided.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits on jeta 9 can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. For bank transfers, payments can be sent from Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other commercial banks.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that matches the name registered on the account. Depositing through a third party or from someone else's account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process typically takes 5 to 30 minutes to complete.

jeta 9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if verification has not been completed, if an active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or if any investigation into the account is ongoing.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jeta 9 follows applicable anti-money laundering regulations. The platform reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities of any suspicious transactions. Accounts may be subject to investigation if unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns are detected.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on jeta 9 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

Each promotion has its own terms. The weekly reload bonus, slots festival, birthday gift, referral reward, and cricket bonus each have separate wagering requirements and eligibility criteria, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — a new bonus can only be claimed after the current one has been fully used or cancelled.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before any winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• If a bonus is misused or claimed fraudulently, the bonus and related winnings will be voided.
• jeta 9 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without notice.
• Bonus funds may not be used to play progressive jackpot games unless stated otherwise.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on jeta 9 are conducted honestly and impartially. The outcome of each round is determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely random and not predetermined.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any game result caused by a technical error or software fault will be considered void. In such situations, jeta 9 reserves the right to revert to the state prior to the error or to refund the amount of the affected bets.

6.3 Disconnection

If an internet connection is lost mid-way through a live game, jeta 9 will make every effort to complete the game normally. However, if a complete result cannot be determined due to technical reasons, the bet amount will be refunded.

6.4 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports markets are subject to change. It is the user's responsibility to verify the final odds before placing a bet. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant betting rules will be applied.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeta 9 platform:

• Playing games using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Collusion — secretly sharing strategies with other players.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, the account will be closed immediately and all outstanding funds may be forfeited.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by jeta 9

jeta 9 may suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• An order from a court or administrative authority.

8.2 Closure by the User
